Skills and Experience Requirements:

Degree or diploma in Drafting or a related field.
Proven experience as a Draughtsman in the field of interior design, kitchen renovations, or a related industry will be beneficial.
Valid drivers license and own vehicle.
Familiarity with 3D modelling software (e.g., SketchUp) will be advantageous.
Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant drafting software.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in technical drawings.
Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
Time management skills to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities:
1.Drafting and Design:

Create detailed technical drawings, floor plans, elevations, and sections for kitchen renovation projects.
Collaborate with the design team to ensure accurate representation of design concepts in the technical drawings.

2.Material and Product Specifications:

Work closely with the design and project management teams to integrate material and product specifications into the technical drawings.
Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.

3.Communication and Coordination:

Liaise with internal teams, including designers, project managers, and contractors, to convey design intent and address technical queries.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, such as suppliers and manufacturers, to gather necessary technical information.

4.Quality Assurance:

Review and verify accuracy in technical drawings to guarantee alignment with design specifications.
Ensure that all drawings comply with industry standards and company guidelines.

5.Project Documentation:

Maintain organized and up-to-date project documentation, including revisions and as-built drawings.
Contribute to the preparation of documentation for project presentations and client communication.
