Hire Resolve is currently working with a leading company in the Workplace Safety Industry to source and recruit a Driven Machinery Facilitator and Assessor. The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting training sessions and assessments related to driven machinery operations. Responsibilities: Facilitate training sessions on the safe and proper operation of various types of driven machinery. Assess trainees to ensure their competency in operating the machinery. Provide guidance and coaching to trainees to help them improve their skills. Keep up to date with industry trends and best practices in driven machinery operations. Ensure compliance with the company's training policies and procedures. Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the effectiveness of the training program. Requirements At least 2 years of experience in teaching or facilitating courses. Official certification as an assessor, along with your results. Valid licenses for the machinery you are skilled in teaching. Ability to teach one or more of these courses: Forklift operation Reach Truck handling Power Pallet usage Pedestrian Stacker management Overhead Gantry Crane operation Truck Mounted Crane handling Transporting Dangerous Goods Operating Mobile Elevated Work Platforms Hoist operation Tail Lift usage Strong attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities. Valid driver's license.
