Facilitate classroom-based training sessions, utilizing instructional materials, visual aids, and multimedia resources to effectively convey information. Cover topics related to trucking laws, regulations, and best practices.
Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, progress reports, and evaluation results. Generate reports to track trainee performance and compliance with training objectives.
Proven track record of safe driving and adherence to traffic laws and regulations.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively teach and mentor others.
Excellent knowledge of trucking regulations, including hours-of-service requirements, vehicle inspections, and loads.
Familiarity with electronic logging devices (ELDs) and other industry technology preferred.
Prior experience in driver training or instruction is desirable
