Our client, in the FMCG industry, requires the services of a Driver Instructor/Trainer with working knowledge of DriveRisk and DriveCam system. Key performance areas: Prepare training schedules Provide input for the development of training material On the job training as well as in the classroom Coaching and mentoring Assisting with recruitment of driver learnership Assisting with “Driver of the Year” competitions Feedback to management on training/trainee performance Conducting performance assessments Any ad hoc duties The successful candidate must have: Matric with relevant tertiary qualification Must have SETA registration Knowlegde of Mix Telematics would be advantageous At least 3 years' experience in a similar role Must have excellent computer literacy – (Word, Outlook and Excel) Must have working knowledge of DriveRisk and DriveCam system Valid driver's license (Code 14 with a valid PDP license) Must have good communication and people management skills Please note that only short listed candidates will be contacted.
