Monitor, manage, motivate and train Dry Goods store employees in accordance with company policies. Maintain efficient communication with suppliers and Dispatch as required to ensure goods are delivered/collected as required. Coordinate and monitor all Goods Received Vouchers (GRV's), Purchase Orders (PO's) and Inter Branch Transfers (IBT's) as required in accordance with Company Policies to ensure goods are received and booked out correctly. Manage all operational and preventative measures required to ensure products are kept safe and are always accounted for. Maintain a good standard of email and telephonic communication with management, internal departments/colleagues and suppliers as required. Ensure stock control systems/files are always up to date and reconcile all Dry Goods IBT's / GRV's daily. Ensure that the policy of FIFO applies. Ensure that nothing enters or leave the Dry Good Store without the required documentation as per Company Policy. Plan, coordinate and communicate future space/capacity requirements/recommendations with the Inventory Administration team in accordance with open Purchase Orders and Delivery Schedules. Maintain a good standard of Health & Safety, Food safety, Hygiene and Security as required. Maintain a good standard of neatness and order in the Dry Goods Store. Strictly enforce and maintain weekly stock take procedures in accordance with Company Policies. Assess, investigate, resolve and maintain weekly stock variance reports. Ensure product returns, related credits and unprocessed documents are resolved and closed as required before weekly stock take commences. Ensure that stock controls are adequately managed to ensure variances are eliminated. Managing the minimum levels of stock required. Any administration / clerical work in the administration office and undertakes to do so in an effective, responsible and accurate manner. Ensure that Head Office instructions and policies are properly interpreted and adhered to.
