Duty Manager - - Johannesburg

The Duty Manager will be assigned to working hours of 16:00 to 00:00 during the week and a minimum of two weekends per month.

Responsibilities/ Duties

Management of the operational functions within the building
Managing and monitoring the various discipline with this field which include but is not limited to technical equipment and services, soft services, building projects and maintenance, utilities
Risk Management
The Duty Manager will work closely work within maintenance teams and activity manage the roles and functions of external service providers
Emergency and Disaster Management
Admin and Reporting

Experience
Minimum of 3 years in a facilities Management role Apply Now
