Duty Manager - Port Elizabeth

Requirements:
  • Formal qualification in Hospitality is advantageous.
  • Drivers License.
  • Own Transport to and from work.
  • Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Rooms and F&B, is preferred.
  • Working knowledge of Property Management System.
  • Customer service-oriented mindset.
  • Able to work 6am to 3pm and 2pm to 22pm shifts.

Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
  • Oversee daily hotel operations as well as the restaurant.
  • Restaurant preparation and service Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
  • Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Supervise and support hotel staff to ensure high standards of service.
  • Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels.
  • Address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guests stay.
  • Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
  • Assist other departments as needed.
