Duty Manager - Port Elizabeth
Requirements:
Formal qualification in Hospitality is advantageous.
Drivers License.
Own Transport to and from work.
Experience in the hospitality industry, particularly in Rooms and F&B, is preferred.
Working knowledge of Property Management System.
Customer service-oriented mindset.
Able to work 6am to 3pm and 2pm to 22pm shifts.
Responsibilities and expectations but not limited to:
Oversee daily hotel operations as well as the restaurant.
Restaurant preparation and service Breakfast, Lunch and dinner.
Manage guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Supervise and support hotel staff to ensure high standards of service.
Monitor and maintain guest satisfaction levels.
Address and resolve any issues that may arise during a guests stay.
Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures.
Assist other departments as needed.
