A world-class organization is looking for a Duty Manager. The primary focus of this role involves managing and monitoring various disciplines, including technical equipment and services, building projects and maintenance, utilities, and compliance with the Occupational Health and Safety Act. Your key responsibilities will include, but is not limited to: Ensure all technical services and equipment are operational. Manage performance of service providers according to SLAs and KPIs. Oversee projects on-site, adhering to legislation, standards, and approved plans. Ensure compliance with regulations and standards. Implement audit recommendations and resolve findings promptly. Assist in drafting, testing, and implementing emergency, disaster management, and business continuity plans. Foster a positive customer experience environment. Monitor and ensure service providers are fulfilling their duties. Provide daily handover reports to the Operational Manager. Identify and address training/development needs.
