Reference: PTA002889-JB-1An E-Commerce and Digital Administrator is required by a highly reputable group of companies with business interests in various industries, with the primary focus on offering unique products and services to the agricultural industry. REQUIREMENTS E-commerce proficiency: Knowledge and proven experience of WordPress and WooCommerce, including setting up and managing products, product categories, customer queries, tasks, vendor relationship management. WooCommerce MVM knowledge is a plus, but not required. Digital marketing tools: Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, SEO optimization and email marketing platforms such as MailChimp. Customer service: Strong communication skills to address customer queries, manage customer reviews and handle customer feedback. Problem-solving: Ability to resolve customer issues related to orders, payments and other e-commerce related matters. Teamwork: Ability to work with other departments such as marketing, sales and IT to ensure smooth operations. Vendor relationship management: managing existing vendor relationships and following up on new potential vendors of products. A strong sense for new technology and electronic data administration.
