Job Summary: This role will liaise and collaborate closely with e-commerce, Manufacturing, Planning, Distribution, IT and partners to ensure all service expectations are met. Key Responsibilities E-commerce Strategy Execute seasonal strategies to support and meet revenue and margin targets. Determine specific product category opportunities to maximise growth areas. Develop and implement initiatives to ensure that the site delivers the best shopping experience for our customers. Develop and continuously optimise the e-commerce marketing. Operational Partnerships Planning Supply Chain Global digital Merchandising Retail Supply chain and Marketing Lead Manage Customer Service Manage the online fulfilment team on a day- to - day basis. E-commerce Reporting and Analytics Analysis and reporting of the e-commerce related performance Monitoring and evaluation of users' behaviour to derive suggestions for improvements. Meet all global reporting requirements (KPI, Data, and Performance) as and when needed. Requirements: Relevant Tertiary education 3 years’ experience in a similar role Experience in online planning or buying.
