Our client in the Hardware Electronics industry is currently looking for an E-Commence Specialist , in Johannesburg. Responsibilities: Update stock and inventory across all platforms. Customer service, NPS, and user experience. Updating website banners, building landing pages, and creating promotions. Working closely with internal teams such as Creative, Brand and Product to ensure website is up to date. Working with the Tech team to ensure appropriate user interface and experience optimizations are made. Supporting the team with any ad-hoc requirements. Logistics, orders, and returns. Weekly reporting. Maintaining product data, images, and information on the site. Requirements: 1 year experience in website maintenance and reporting. Experience in content, product, and inventory management. Expertise in SEO and non-technical SEO best practices. Knowledge of Magento and copywriting and editing skills. Experience with Google Analytics for project management and reporting. Intermediate Excel skills. Proactive, confident, and detail oriented. Ability to work independently or in a team. Remuneration: Up to R25 000 per month.
