As a Vertical Lead, you will play a pivotal role in driving growth and managing and creating key partnerships within a specific vertical or industry segment. This position requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills, a deep understanding of the e-commerce retail landscape, and the ability to cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and partners. This role will also be responsible for delivering key metrics for the Shop vertical. Develop strategic plans for growth and market penetration in assigned verticals by analyzing market trends, collaborating with teams Develop and nurture relationships with key clients, serve as primary contact for inquiries, concerns, and maintain satisfaction and loyalty Identify, negotiate, and establish partnerships with businesses and organizations in assigned vertical Develop joint marketing initiatives, optimize existing partnerships Collaborate with the operations team for efficient service delivery. Achieve KPIs like GMV, Commission, Order Volumes Monitor and improve performance. Resolve operational issues for enhancement Use data analytics to evaluate vertical performance and make data-driven recommendations. Prepare reports on key metrics, trends, and insights for stakeholders. Lead cross-functional projects Relevant Degree (business studies, retail management, etc) Minimum 2-3 years work experience in an Ecommerce Retail and/or Marketplace Environment/Online B2B Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights Experience in managing cross-functional teams.
