Duties & Responsibilities

• East Africa expansion strategy : Responsible for the expansion strategy, including preparation of associated business plans.
• Secure new business within the East African market.
• Plan East Africa operations in terms of the requirements of the business environment.
• Working with Africa Agency Network.
• Managing Cross Trade Business and opportunities.
• Control Tower.
• Manage Projects.
• East Africa Product Development.
• Comply with the requirements of the quality management system.

Desired Experience & Qualification

Knowledge & Experience

• Technical competence of the role.
• Deep understanding of the African market, processes & value creation.
• P&L experience, plus familiarity with various reporting, and KPIs.
• Previous Africa exposure, minimum 5 years experience in management.
• Excellent and proven negotiation skills

Qualification

• Matric
• FIATA Diploma or related 3-year tertiary qualification

• Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• Dynamic self-starter that works independently.
• Ability to handle pressure.
