Description Job Title: E-commerce Manager Location: Cape Town We have an exciting opportunity for a seasoned E-commerce Manager to lead our e-commerce store. The successful candidate will be based at our head office. Main Duties : Implement and manage e-commerce strategy Continuously develop and optimize the e-commerce platform Achieve e-commerce sales targets Report and analyze e-commerce platform performance Manage the e-commerce team Requirements : Degree or accredited qualification in e-commerce, business, or related field Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar role, managing and driving an e-commerce platform in a retail environment Expert knowledge and in-depth experience with the Shopify platform Luxury brand experience is an advantage Strong understanding of website design, development, and tracking Ability to interpret web analytics and reporting, and knowledge of how to improve these metrics Strong strategy development experience Ability to manage and motivate a team Ability to drive cross-functional collaboration Essential Skills and Behaviours : Results-driven Customer-centric Accountable Decisive and able to prioritize Excellent time management and ability to thrive under pressure Strong verbal and written communication skills Negotiation and influencing skills
