Our client, a titan in the retail industry is looking for an experienced eCommerce specialist with strong experience in the retail industry to form part of there eCommerce division and be responsible for enhancing the organization's online customer experience.

Duties and responsibilities will include the following:

Campaign and marketing strategies through the development, coordination and use of online promotional campaign in their B2C eCommerce space.
Managing the organization’s website by ensuring the website is current, functional and optimized for accurate SEO and content enrichment and through this maximising the site’s performance.
Analysis and reporting od eCommerce metrics such as website performance and traffic, social media engagements, opt-ins and conversion rates.
Oversee all digital media efforts to efficiently and effectively reach the correct target audience
Preparing weekly and monthly business reports and presentations
