Electric Vehicle Sales Executive - Johannesburg

Duties include

As an Electric Vehicle New Car Sales Executive, you will be responsible for promoting and selling a range of electric vehicles to prospective customers. You will play a key role in educating customers about the benefits of electric vehicles, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring and exceptional customer experience.
  • Actively seek out and engage prospective clients to generate sales using various sales techniques to convert leads into sales
  • Develop a deep understanding of the electric vehicle models, features, and benefits
  • Stay updated on the latest development in EV technology
  • Educate customers about the benefits of EVs, including environmental impact, cost savings and performance advantages
  • Sell the maximum number of new cars
  • Achieve maximum first and second gross profits
  • Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the company sales policy to ensure return and referral sales.
  • Adhere to all legal requirements in terms of CPA and necessary documentation
  • Ensure all necessary documentation is accurately completed
  • Network, promote and ensure activities are in line with focus to retail Electric Vehicles
  • Communicate with Sales Manager for innovative concepts to improve sales and customer base
  • Develop and implement effective sales plans to stay ahead of competitors to ensure increased market share and new vehicle sales and profitability (1st & 2nd Gross)
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by ensuring the highest level of customer care,
Requirements:
  • Must have min 3 years Automotive vehicle sales experience within a dealership environment
  • Matric (Grade 12)
  • Focus on electric vehicles or sustainable transportation would be beneficial
  • High level of enthusiasm for electric vehicles and sustainable mobility
  • Strong Lead seeking, Deal negotiating and Closing Skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • 3 Months Commission sheets/Payslips may be required
  • Self and Target Driven
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • PC Literacy - MS Office, Motovate, Sales Workplace and Hashdash (leads management) experience preferred
  • Valid Drivers License
