Our client, who designs, manufactures, tests and repairs flameproof and non-flameproof transformers and switchgear to mining and industrial sectors globally, is looking for an Engineer (Electrical Heavy Current) to plan and direct the design, installation, testing, operation maintenance of transformers and switchgears. Primary Responsibilities Assign, direct, train, oversee and evaluate employee's work Coordinate and direct projects and technical activities Review and approve product designs and changes Confer with management, sales, procurement, and production staff to discuss project specifications and procedures Perform relevant administrative functions Liaise with clients on technical issues and specifications Perform design work according to sound engineering principles Prepare and present technical reports to the clients Ensure health and safety of the employees Providing, receiving, observing, analysing, evaluating, solving, and communicating information with relevant personnel Ensure that employees and processes comply with laws, regulations, and standards Experience Minimum 3 years' relevant experience in the Electrical Engineering Environment. Experience with AutoCAD & Inventor Qualification Bachelor's Degree Electrical Engineering Market related
