Our company is currently seeking a dynamic and driven Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of cutting-edge switchgear solutions.Key Responsibilities: Design, analyze, and optimize switchgear systems to meet project requirements and industry standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality assurance to ensure the successful development and delivery of switchgear products. Conduct feasibility studies, risk assessments, and performance evaluations to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation. Provide technical support to customers, sales teams, and other stakeholders regarding switchgear specifications, applications, and troubleshooting. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory requirements related to switchgear design and operation. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven experience in the design and development of switchgear systems, including circuit breakers, relays, and control panels. Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, SolidWorks) and simulation tools (e.g., PSCAD, ETAP). Strong knowledge of electrical engineering principles, including power distribution, protection coordination, and insulation coordination. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex technical issues and propose effective solutions.
