Main Responsibilities/Outcomes:
Estimating:

• Attend site meetings with clients to understand project scope.
• Prepare comprehensive quotations for submission to Engineering Manager.
• Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all costing activities.
• Compile offer letters outlining project details and key clauses.
• Submit quotations to clients within specified timeframes.

Engineering:

• Provide tailored engineering solutions to meet client needs.
• Conceptualize solutions and provide cost estimates.
• Create Bills of Materials (BOM) and labor estimates based on technical expertise.
• Review electrical schematics and provide technical support.
• Facilitate kickoff meetings with operations teams.
• Support workshop and operations documentation.

Project Planning and Engineering Support:

• Assist in preparing detailed timing schedules and tracking project progress.
• Ensure timely procurement of materials within budget.
• Coordinate with manufacturing teams to meet delivery dates.
• Follow up on tender submissions.

Design:

• Complete quality control plans for operations.
• Assist in electrical design activities for projects.

Minimum Qualifications:

• NTC 6 or National Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Skills/Knowledge Required:

• 2-3 years' experience in the Automotive industry.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
