a Well established Company in the KZN / Pietermaritzburg area is looking for a suitable person to join their Team. The successful Electrician Technician will have a Trade Test plus a N6, T3 or S4 Diploma with experience in PLC Programming, SCADA, HMI and Analog Instrumentation wiring and configuration. The salary for the role is R40k per month plus benefits. Assist with electricical automation design and maintenance tasks Installing and performing diagnostics tests on electrical systems Developing and implementing electrical maintenance plans to prevent costly equipment breakdowns Troubleshooting electrical malfunctions and breakdowns, as well as performing repairs Documenting processes and maintaining electrical service records Monitoring the availability of parts and replenishing supplies Optimising electrical efficiency by adjusting machinery and equipment settings Training co-workers on automation systems within the plant Maintaining a tidy work environment and adhering to industry regulations N6 / T3 or S4 Diploma Trade Test Strong Fault Finding Skills and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues Ability to read and interpret basic drawings, preferably including electrical drawings Proficiency in PLC Programming and fault finding Proficiency in SCADA and HMI Programming Experience in Analog Instrumentation Wiring and Configuration Proficient in Electrical and Instrumentation fault finding R40k per month plus medical aid contribution and pension fund.
