Duties and Responsibilities:

Working very closely with colleagues and clients, you will be accountable for interpreting the client brief and developing designs at all stages from scheme through to detail, construction monitoring, commissioning and close out.
Investigate solutions, exploring options, working closely with external collaborators, and lead a team to develop and convey design solutions.
You will be accountable to managing and monitoring resources to deliver the agreed commercial performance of your projects.
During the construction and close-out stages of your projects you will manage contract administration (including financial management), site monitoring, commissioning, and close-out of project.
