We are seeking a talented and motivated individual to join our team as a Solar Electrician in the solar energy industry. Job Purpose: This is a full-time on-site role for an experienced and registered Electrician. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar electric systems. They will work with other members of the team to ensure that installations are carried out to the highest standard and in accordance with health and safety regulations. The ideal candidate must demonstrate confidence in their ability to do testing, trouble shooting and repairs Qualified Electrician with at least 5-10 years of experience Valid 3 Phase Wireman's License / Installation Card Red Seal qualification preferred Experience in signing off COC's Experience in installing and maintaining solar electric systems Excellent knowledge of electrical systems, their components, and the National Electrical Code Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team to complete projects safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Experience and knowledge of health and safety regulations relating to electrical work Experience with switching LV, MV and HV systems and Lock-out, Tag-out procedure Valid driver's license Market Related
