Scope: You will be responsible for prioritizing embroidering orders daily, running the embroidery machine to complete orders, maintaining the embroidery machine, organizing supplies and managing embroidery department Minimum Requirements: Grade 12 Business Administration qualification or similar 3-4 years experience in a similar role Must have worked in the embroidery work environment. Must have 2-3 years experience in Digitizing - NON NEGOTIABLE Must have Managerial experience Duties: Daily management of embroidery staff and department, which includes but is not limited to leave management, capacity management, general tidiness of area, hardware, software, and infrastructural requirements. Monitor open sales orders and backorders (daily review of backorder report) and notify relevant departments every week. Part of this is the maintenance of the relationship and continued communication with the Sales Reps and Telesales departments to ensure that all relevant stakeholders are kept informed of issues proactively. Collect sales orders from telesales and handle customer queries. Error checking documentation from telesales for correctness of detail and artwork. Manage capacity planning component of production, costing of production, and the setup for the outsourcing of work to suppliers (PO Creation, follow-up, communication with suppliers, and managing respective supplier warehouses). Responsible for the planning and issuing of production to EI daily, monitor continuously. Planning and placing purchase orders with suppliers for raw materials. Management of the spend against the budget as well as following up with suppliers when there are delays or quality concerns. Check Goods in transit daily and clear out where necessary. Daily update and review of Embroidery Sheet Organise and oversee quarterly cycle counts, and provide documentation and feedback to management. Organise and oversee quarterly stock takes, provide documentation and feedback to management to review variances before confirmation Oversight of pick slip creation and PO confirmations - escalation of stock-out situations hampering production to telesales and procurement Desired Skills: embroidery embroidery manager digitalize Desired Work Experience: 2 to 5 years Desired Qualification Level: Grade 12 / Matric
