EMPLOYEE & INDUSTRIAL RELATIONS SPECIALIST (EAST RAND) - Johannesburg
Qualifications and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role
- In-depth knowledge of South African labor laws (LRA, BCEA, etc.)
- Experience dealing with the CCMA, bargaining councils, and unions
- Proven track record in managing complex disciplinary processes and investigations
- Experience in mediation, conflict resolution, and proactive problem-solving
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
