Our client based in Pretoria is looking for an Employee Relations Practitioner to join them for a period of 12 months A minimum of 3 years qualification (NQF level 6) in Labour Relations / Labour Law / Human Resources Management / Human Resources Development / Industrial Psychology / Industrial Relations or relevant qualification. PURPOSE OF THE POST To provide support in the implementation of employee/ employer relations activities in the [URL Removed] REQUIREMENTS Knowledge Knowledge and understanding of Public Service Act and Regulation. Knowledge and understanding of departmental policies and procedures. Good understanding and knowledge of Labour Laws (LRA, BCEA, EEA and other labour related legislations) and Ethics issues. Knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulation. Understanding of Confidential and Security Clearance prescripts. Skills Communication (verbal and written) skills. Planning and organising skills.
