The Engagement and Social Insights Manager is responsible social analytics and producing insightful reports on a weekly and monthly basis that allow for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will be proficient in the analysis of data and in feeding insights into content production teams. Additionally, the successful candidate will play a senior role on the team by managing the quality of work from community managers and ensuring that all channels are covered for community management at all required times. Duties will also extend to uploading content accurately and on time. Responsibilities (include but not limited to): Social Analytics: Utilise an array of analytics tools to monitor and analyse social media performance metrics Identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities derived from social media data Produce comprehensive reports on a weekly and monthly basis, offering actionable insights and recommendations for enhancement Keep abreast of industry trends and advancements in social media analytics practices Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement engagement strategies to foster meaningful interactions with our audience Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to align engagement initiatives with broader strategic objectives Monitor and respond to audience feedback and inquiries across social media platforms in a timely and professional manner Team Leadership: Assume a leadership role within the team, providing guidance and support to community managers Foster a collaborative and innovative environment, empowering team members to achieve their full potential Ensure comprehensive coverage of all social media channels for engagement activities at all required times Content Management: Oversee the timely and accurate uploading of content across various social media platforms Collaborate with content creators to ensure alignment with brand guidelines and resonance with target audiences Monitor content performance metrics and make data-driven recommendations for optimisation Qualifications/Experience/Skill: Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field Minimum 5 years experience in social media analytics and engagement, preferably in a leadership or senior role Proficient in Office 365 (i.e. MS Teams/SharePoint/Outlook/Excel etc.) Proficiency in utilising social media analytics tools such as Sprout Social, Brandwatch, Khorus, Google Analytics, etc. A good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex datasets Leadership qualities with a proven ability to inspire and motivate team members Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and timeliness in delivering reports and content Personal Attributes: Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to evolving priorities and deadlines Accountable Resilient Proactive Deadline driven Solution driven Meticulous with attention to detail Other: comfortable to work on-site Apply Now
