Plan and co-ordinate Section activities. perform root cause analysis and resolve problems. Managing, planning, monitroing, controlling and reporting on Quality related concerns/compliants. Produce written reports and make presentations. Team growth and development including the ability to motivate staff and attend staffs concerns and problems. Ability to prioritize and meet the demands of Customer, Supliers and internal departments. Grade 12 Relevant NQF 6 tertiary qualifiction. 3 years experience in a Quality department within a Manufacturing environment. Working knowledge of Production Processes Quality Standards. Excellent knowledge of Quality Principles( APQP, SPC, MSA and Core Tool). Exposure to Quality Management System 9IATF 16949/ISO 9001: 2015). Strong leadership skills with execllent decision-making ability and the managing of Quality team. Clear understanding of Quality Inspection, accurate recorde keeping and monitoring. Experience in resolving concerns/complaints by Customers. Experience in interacting and coordinating activities with Customers around issues relating to Quality. Implement activities to adress problem areas. Computer skills specifically inMS Excel, Word and PowerPoint. Abiloty to read and interpret drawings with measurement skill. Ability to work shift and overtime when required. Knowledge of SPT(Supplier Parts Tracking Team). Ability to prioritise and meet the demands of Customer, Suppliers and internal departments.
