Description Our client is looking to recruit an intern to fill a role of sales and junior process engineer. This would be for a 4 year internship. Role and training programme will entail: Engaging with design / sales team and customers to develop a workable solution in a Process and Instrument diagram to specifications put forward Conceptualize and draw the P&ID in 2D Autocad which includes specifying the design data for pumps, instruments, lines sizes etc Calculating of batch sizes, heating / cooling (kWh requirements) Analysing and handling of raw materials based on MSDS provided as per project requirements Create design schedules for Design / Costing / Procurement based on the P&ID Create electrical specifications and assisting with SOP review Lead HAZOP reviews Install and commission processing plants when and if required Calculate detailed costing for various projections and quotations Compiling quotes for customers Qualifications / Requirements: Bachelor's degree or diploma in chemical engineering (or relevant qualification) Experience with with CAD and AutoCAD Technical skills Must have a drivers licence and own vehicle Suitable applications can be emailed to [Email Disabled] Note: Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
