Description a) Good understanding of GSM/UMTS/LTE & NR technologies b) Should be well conversant with the Radio Network Performance Improvement c) Analyse the network KPIs & identify the abnormalities quickly d) Should be able to understand the issue & plan improvement actions e) Continuous improvement in the Network performance indicators f) Must have good understanding of parameters and features working g) Formulates and implements network optimization solutions in accordance with user complaints and coverage problems reported by customers h) Should be able to impart skills to other technical team members i) Must have minimum 5 years of working experience in the field of Network Performance Improvement working with any OEM or with a leading Service Provider j) Preferred to have experience on latest ZTE systems k) Should be proficient in MS Office Suite i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, Word etc. l) Strong communication and presentation skills m) Ownership & readiness to dedicate as per the requirements of the network & customer n) Should be able to work as a team o) Must have rich drive test experience
