My client, an international industrial engineering group who are people-centric company which offers innovative solutions and products boosting the performance of major industry leaders worldwide has an exciting opportunity for an ENGINEERING GRADUATE to join their team in MATOLA, MOZAMBIQUE on a ONE YEAR FIXED TERM CONTRACT. The Engineering Graduate Trainee will be involved in a variety of projects that will provide hands-on experience and the opportunity to apply engineering principles in a real-world environment. The successful candidate will work closely with experienced engineers and other professionals to contribute to the development, implementation, and optimization of engineering processes. This role requires the below tasks to be carried out: Project Support: Assist in the planning, design, and execution of engineering projects under the guidance of senior engineers.- Technical Analysis: Perform technical analysis and calculations to support project development and decision-making. Documentation: Prepare and maintain technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and drawings. Compile and maintain Technical information management system that encompasses material data, mechanical properties, engineering standards, component specifications, operational and maintenance manual Research and Development: Conduct research to identify new technologies, methodologies, and best practices. Testing and Evaluation: Participate in the testing and evaluation of products, systems, or components to ensure they meet required standards and specifications. Quality Assurance: Assist in quality assurance activities to ensure project deliverables meet the company's standards and client expectations. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and management, to ensure project goals are met. Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of innovative solutions. Problem Solving: Must be proactive in identifying and solving problems/delays Produce Quality work Ensure client satisfaction Encourage Teamwork Work with Accuracy Education: National Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, Chemical, or relevant discipline). Technical Skills: Proficiency in engineering software and tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MATLAB, SolidWorks, etc.). Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Teamwork: Ability to work effectively within a team environment. Learning Agility: Eagerness to learn and develop new skills Relevant experience: Internship Experience: Previous internship or co-op experience in an engineering role.
