The duration of this graduate program will be a 12-month contract and will allow successful graduates to gain valuable exposure in various manufacturing processes. Students who have completed a National Diploma, Degree and B-Tech in Engineering. No work experience required except P1/P2 and vacation work. Excellent matric results for both mathematics and science. Medically fit. Unemployed. Applicant must not have been in a similar Graduate Program previously. Skills, Qualities and Abilities Required: Communication (both verbal and written). Computer literacy – Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Attention to detail. Team player. Willingness to learn.
