Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and relationship-building. Strong technical background with in-depth knowledge of automation tools and methodologies. Exceptional planning and organizing skills. Assertiveness and grit to maintain momentum and drive strategic objectives. Plan, execute and sustain the implementation of technology solutions within the business. Ability to articulate complex concepts clearly for both technical and non-technical teams. Collaborate closely with teams across departments to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and features. Own reliable transport.
