Description: Hire Resolve's client is currently seeking an Engineering Manager to join their mining team in Mpumalanga. As the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all engineering activities within the mining operation, ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations, and optimizing productivity and cost-efficiency. Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all engineering activities within the mining operation Develop and implement engineering strategies to optimize productivity and cost-efficiency Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations Provide technical guidance and support to the engineering team Prepare and manage engineering budgets Requirements: Grade 12 Degree in Mechanical Engineering GCC Mines and Works qualification 10 years' experience in the mining industry where 5 years' should be in a managerial role. 5 years' underground mining experience Extensive Underground Decline experience Valid Drivers' License Benefits: Salary: Negotiable Paid Time Off (PTO) (If Applicable) Contact Hire Resolve for your next career-changing move Our client is offering a highly competitive salary for this role based on experience.
