Our client is looking to fill this position with someone with the following insight and experience. Legal appointee fo the EPC Contractor under construction laws and construction permit as per the requirements. Safety survey, Safety tour, Hazard Identification, Safety Inspection, Job Safety Analysis, Equipment Inspection, Work Permit and Safety Audit. Review and approve HIRA conducted by the subcontractors. Monitoring safety performance of sub-contractors. Conduct and document pre-planning safety meetings and TBTs with eah subcontractor safety representative and/or foremen to establish safety procedures prior to subcontractors activity on site. Compliance safe work procedures Assist HSE Manager Participate various HSE audits from clients and other agencies including various consultants and lenders.
