The Engineering Project Coordinator will be based within our Engineering division and will provide project and administrative support to the Project Manager. Key objectives: Providing daily administrative support tasks such as data capturing and proofreading of documents. Assist in developing project plans, defining scope, objectives and deliverables. Coordinate tasks and activities among team members, ensuring alignment with project goals. Engaging with and providing continuous feedback to stakeholders regarding installations. Maintain project documentation plans, schedules and reports Schedule appointments, update and maintain appointment calendars. Track timelines Assess in identifying project risks Monitor project deliverables to ensure they meet quality standards. Contribute to resolving project related issues. Meeting minute taking. And any other reasonable task Requirements Completed tertiary qualification in IT or Project Management. Minimum of 2 years working in a similar position. Demonstrated knowledge of enterprise connectivity, Voip, Cloud and related products. Demonstrated experience of working as part of a team delivering complex tasks Stock Control Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills Excellent organisational skills A flexible approach and the ability to work effectively with others Attention to detail with an ability to work autonomously.
