Ensuring correct and timely capturing of issue notes. The ideal candidate would be responsible for: Ensuring correct and timely capturing of issue notes. Ensuring timely placement and expediting of stock orders. Putting procedures in place to prevent stock out situations. Ensuring Astral's finance protocol is followed in all issue and receiving processes. Overseeing monthly stock take and report on variances. Ensuring that the Storemen render a professional service to all end users. Completing weekly and monthly reports. Ensuring proper housekeeping is maintained in store. Implementing of 20 Keys/ HACCP / Risk Control and apply general housekeeping rules. Ensure that the Astral's disciplinary code is adhered to at all times. The successful candidate must meet the following requirements: Matric / Store qualification. At least 3 years' experience in stores environment. Computer literate. Fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills. Effective time management. Must be able to work overtime and weekends as required.
