Job purpose To provide wellness programs for early detection of communicable and non-communicable disease. Responsibilities To provide wellness program to the community. To conduct Awareness Campaigns and Outreach programmes. To assess community needs and refer accordingly. To provide TB screening and referral for further management. To provide HIV pre and post counselling and referrals. To liaise with the healthcare manager and other stakeholders. Qualifications (non-negotiable) Matric Enrolled Nurse Certificate SANC Registration Requirements/Experience (non-negotiable) 3-5 Years' experience as an enrolled nurse working in a community healthcare.
