To provide wellness programs for early detection of communicable and non-communicable disease.
Responsibilities
- To provide wellness program to the community.
- To conduct Awareness Campaigns and Outreach programmes.
- To assess community needs and refer accordingly.
- To provide TB screening and referral for further management.
- To provide HIV pre and post counselling and referrals.
- To liaise with the healthcare manager and other stakeholders.
Qualifications (non-negotiable)
- Matric
- Enrolled Nurse Certificate
- SANC Registration
- 3-5 Years experience as an enrolled nurse working in a community healthcare.
- Must be located in Alexandra.
- Not older than 35 years
- Must have good communication skills.
