ENVIRONMENT: YOUR exceptional Customer Service and high attention to detail and accuracy is sought to fill the role of an Enterprise Administration by a dynamic Internet Service & Network Specialist. Your core role will be to attend to Back-office administration. You will also be involved in part requisition, Billing, creating purchase orders & quotes while ensuring Vendor requirements are met. Applicants must have Matric/Grade 12 with relevant work experience in Financial Administration and part requisition via Vendor warranty processes. DUTIES: Part requisition, management and reporting and ensuring Vendor requirements are met. Asset management and requisition. Billing. Purchase order creation. Quote creation. Scheduling of Engineers. REQUIREMENTS: Matric / Grade 12 Essential. Experience in Financial Administration. Experience in part requisition via Vendor warranty processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong Customer Services skills. ATTRIBUTES: High attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work under pressure. Work in structured and organized fashion to achieve goals. Able to multitask and prioritise tasks. A great team player. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude. Have a hunger to continually learn and upskill.
