ERP Syspro Systems Specialist - - Cape Town City Centre

REQUIREMENTS

Matric, bachelors degree in industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Proven experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of ERP systems, preferably within the manufacturing industry
In-depth knowledge of ERP software platforms specifically Syspro
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent project management abilities, with a history of successfully leading ERP implementation projects from conception to completion
Effective communication and people skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders

DUTIES

Lead the development and implementation of ERP systems tailored to the specific needs of our manufacturing operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement through ERP system integration.
Design and customize ERP solutions to streamline production planning, inventory management, supply chain operations, and quality control processes within our manufacturing environment.
Provide technical expertise and guidance in the configuration, testing, and deployment of ERP modules to ensure seamless integration and functionality.
Conduct regular system audits and performance evaluations to identify areas for enhancement and optimization.
Train and support end-users in utilizing ERP systems effectively and provide ongoing technical assistance and troubleshooting as needed.
Work closely with the IT & Automation team and external vendors to resolve system issues and implement upgrades or enhancements as required.
Stay current with industry best practices and emerging ERP technologies to drive continuous improvement and innovation within our manufacturing operations.
