Landsdowne Property Group is looking to hire an Estate Manager located in Stellenbosch. The Estate Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day management and operations of an estate. This includes property maintenance, budgeting, coordinating with service providers, resolving tenant issues, and ensuring a high level of service. Manage and maintain the required standards of the Estate Log and complete jobs/tasks as per owners, residents, and trustee requests Co-ordinate the efficient day-to-day management of the estate; to ensure that the estate is safe, secure, protected and maintained. Maintain accurate records and documentation associated with your work, including all minutes, reports, and agreements. Supervise the Concierge to ensure lifestyle/ Clubhouse and/or central facilities are well kept and maintained, and operators/ service providers trading within their service level agreements. Manage the day-to-day security and safety of the Estate, as well as liaise with the security team. Issue move-in or move-out passes, during office hours Oversee, co-ordinate maintenance and repair activities for the property. Manage cleaning duties and general cleanliness of the Estate Draft and circulate meeting agendas. Provie weekly site report containing tasks completed and in process, site inspection findings, highlevel service providers reports/feedback, lifestyle centre report, fines and warnings issued for the week. Previous Estate Management experience essential Strong customer service and communication skills Attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
