Minimum requirements:

Grade 12 and any additional qualifications will be an advantage
Proven experience in estate management, property management or a related field will be an advantage
Strong administrative skills with proficiency in office software and management systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a customer-focused approach
Demonstrated leadership and staff management experience, with the ability to motivate and empower teams
Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a strategic mind set for marketing initiatives
Knowledge of real estate regulations, property management practices, and marketing principles
Fluent in Afrikaans and English
Own transport and valid drivers license
