The role will provide specialist advice and support to the Corporate Secretary on matters of ethics and corporate governance. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Requirements At least a post graduate qualification in either law, finance, audit or accounting background; Desirable Requirements A registered Ethics Officer. EXPERIENCE Minimum Requirements 4-7 years' experience in implementing business ethics management, corporate governance, law, or a relevant discipline such as enterprise risk management and internal control, accounting or audit; Experience in risk management, ethics investigations, ethics management, anti-corruption Good understanding of ethical concepts and theories Knowledge of latest trends and initiatives impacting ethics and anti-corruption Demonstrated experience in providing technical advice to internal and external stakeholders on ethics Good working knowledge of statutory and regulatory environment Desirable Requirements Experience in ethics and anti-corruption working within the financial services Active participation in ethics management forums; Experience regulated private sector environment preferable.
