If so, we want you to join our team as an Events Coordinator As an Events Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of a wide range of events. Working closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams, you will be responsible for ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives, vision, and requirements. Assist in the development of event proposals, budgets, and timelines. Keep excellent financial and operational records Coordinate logistics, including venue selection, catering, audiovisual equipment, and transportation. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective solutions. Oversee event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring all aspects of the event run smoothly. Provide on-site coordination and support during events, addressing any issues or challenges that arise. Conduct post-event evaluations and gather feedback to continuously improve our services. Qualifications Diploma / degree in events management or similar Project management qualification desirable Safety officer qualification desirable First aid qualification desirable Experience 1-3 years in events management environment Project / events management and administration Facility rental management and administration desirable Film and still shoots experience will be advantageous Microsoft office suite with strong excel skills MS teams/ zoom/ other suitable virtual meeting space
