REQUIREMENTS:- Matric, relevant tertiary qualification advantageous
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Assistant
- Excellent communication skills
- Maturity in handling situations confidentiality and professionally
- Strong computer and typing abilities
- Proactive, and taking initiative
- Flexible, and adaptable to change
- Valid drivers license and own transport
- Some financial exposure, advantageous
DUTIES:
- Liaising with clients
- Typing up of quotes
- Typing up of contracts and confidential documents
- Answering incoming calls and attending to enquiries
- Screening calls for two Directors
- Diary management, scheduling appointments and meetings, and coordinating such
- Ensuring that all necessary information and documentation required for daily diary activities are provided
- Dealing with email correspondence and phone calls on behalf of the Directors
- Coordinate travel and accommodation arrangements for business and personal travel
- Ordering of consumables and stationery
- Marketing and newsletters
- Coordinate courier services
