Key Responsibilities:
- Manage executive calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prioritize daily tasks and responsibilities.
- Prepare agendas and documentation for meetings.
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls on behalf of executives.
- Assist with various administrative tasks as needed.
- Prioritization skills.
- Understand time zones and different regions.
- Minute taking.
- Strong understanding of an executive office.
- Good writing skills.
- Previous Global Experience Advantageous.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an executive assistant, scheduler, or in a similar role.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling software.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
