Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
Skills/Experience required:
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant within a large organisation, with at least 2 years supporting a C-level executive.
Strong financial acumen with proven experience in financial analysis and reporting.
Experience in preparing presentations for high-level meetings, particularly in the retail industry, is a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Analytical thinking and critical reasoning.
Maintain strict confidentiality and discretion.
A high level of emotional intelligence which will allow for handling sensitive situations and conflicts and build strong relationships with employees and stake holders.
Understanding cultural sensitivity and being aware of the different communication styles and customs in order to maintain positive relationships from diverse backgrounds.
Flexibility to be reachable after hours and on weekends.
Willingness to travel and work longer hours when required.
Remain calm under pressure.
A pro-active and solution-orientated mindset, anticipating needs and taking initiative.
