Introduction Our client in the insurance industry is looking for an Executive Personal Assistant to join their team in Port Elizabeth. Description A Top Finance Company is seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative support to their executive team. The ideal candidate must have exceptional communication skills, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities: Manage executives' calendars, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Screen and direct phone calls and correspondence, prioritizing as necessary. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents. Coordinate and assist with special projects and events as needed. Conduct research and compile data as requested. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion. Liaise with internal staff and external contacts on behalf of executives. Organize and maintain files and records. Qualifications: Proven experience as a personal assistant or similar role, preferably in a finance or corporate environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially skilled working with Excel and other relevant software. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information. Drivers' License essential (Code B) Short Term Insurance experience is advantageous. Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required.
