EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT - R35k-R30k pm - STELLENBOSCH Our client, an International REAL ESTATE ENTITY is looking for you URGENTLY, see below requirements: Social Media Management – very basic requirements Website Management – we have a company that does the changes Insurance schedules – ensuring the up to date and handling insurance claims Executive Assistance Services – Booking of flights through agency Quote checking of payments sent through Email management Minutes of meetings – strong skills Basic Adhoc admin requests as needed Highschool accounting a plus, basic recons will be needed from time to time Must be willing to travel into Africa twice a year or as needed for a week at a time Expected to be available 7 days a week, time off allocated as compensation, very seldom happens but must not be an issue Flexi time allowed Office based 70% of the time High energy levels and positive attitude – extrovert personality APPLY TODAY to be considered for this vacancy OR to be matched to similar roles in the near future.
