Our dynamic client within the e-commerce space is seeking a highly organized and detailed-oriented Executive Assistant / Project Coordinator - remote position. We are looking for a self-starter who is able to work independently and take ownership of projects, while also collaborating effectively with the CEO and other stakeholders. This is a dual role and will provide administrative support to the CEO while also assisting in coordinating and executing project tasks across the organisation Executive Assistant: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO, including managing emails and calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements Prepare and edit correspondence, presentations, and reports Act as a liaison between the CEO, internal departments, and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely communication Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making and strategic planning initiatives Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion and professionalism Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned by the CEO Project Coordinator: Assist in monitoring project activities Coordinate project meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking. Ensure project documentation is submitted in a timely manner, including project plans, schedules and status reports. Support the CEO to track project progress and milestones Communicate with project stakeholders, including clients, team members, and vendors, to gather information, provide updates, and address concerns according to the CEO's instructions Provide admin and coordination support to other departments as and when needed Matric A project management qualification is a bonus. 3-5 years' experience in an Executive or personal Assistant or related role At least 2 years' experience with project management and operations Excellent organizational and project management skills, with a strong attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization Ability to work independently in a remote environment Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management software Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work well under pressure. This is a remote position, and previous experience in remote work is a bonus
